Our story.
The owner of the company began her professional career in the tourism sector as a tour guide. She was always a nature lover, so among the ordinary tours, she was escorting and guiding walkers who had the same passion about hiking. Seven years later she created Kyprida Travel as a way to promote the paths she loved and experienced.
The significance of our name.
According to Homer, Hesiod and other great ancient writers, Aphrodite, goddess of love and beauty was born in Cyprus. Some of them named her Kyprida, meaning from Cyprus – Kypros in Greek.
